Brews Less Traveled Beer Club
Once your order ships you will receive an email with shipping details. Anyone 21 or older can sign for the package.
Log into your Brewvana account, click on Payment Methods, edit or delete and add the new credit card information. Then assign your subscription to the updated payment method. This can be done via the “my subscriptions” tab in /my-account.
If your payment information is updated after the 20th of the current month, you will not receive next month’s Brews Less Traveled box. Your subscription will resume the following month.
Please call us at 855-461-2337 for any special requests. Order notes are for gift messages and delivery instructions only. Any shipping requests written in the order notes will not be honored.
Unfortunately, there are a few states due to local laws where we cannot ship alcohol? Those states are Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Vermont, West Virginia.
Laws in some states, and internationally, unfortunately prohibit the shipment of alcohol and we comply with those laws.
We apologize but unfortunately once an order has shipped it cannot be re-routed.
Our carriers will make 3 attempts to deliver the package. If they are unsuccessful the package will be returned to us. We can then have it reshipped at an additional shipping cost.
Master the Brew Recipe Club
Members of the Master the Brew recipe club receive one recipe kit per month for the length of their subscription. Our recipes are easy to follow and can be brewed in any size kitchen.
Your recipe club subscription is curated by our expert instructors to help you develop your brewing proficiency. Recipes change every month and are offered at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. For instance, a beginner may brew a classic porter, and an intermediate may brew the same basic recipe with more advanced brewing techniques to make a more specialized porter.
No; all shipping costs are included as part of your subscription.
You can choose between a 3, 6, or 12 month subscription.
We suggest the following to determine your skill level:
Beginner: never brewed on your own before.
Intermediate: brewed with extract a few times with results you enjoyed.
Advanced: brewed several times and want to try al- grain mashing.
When stored properly ingredients should last up to 90 days without issue. For yeast and hops this means in the refrigerator. For other ingredients this means cool, dry and dark.
You do not need to sign for recipe club deliveries.
You will receive an email notification letting you know what day your package is scheduled to arrive.
Homebrew Kits & Classes
When you place your order you will receive an email confirming your order. You will receive another email containing tracking information when your order has shipped.
We provide pretty much everything you’ll need to participate in this virtual class. If you choose not to purchase them through us, make sure you have a stock pot (at least 12 quarts) ready to go on brew day and a way to bottle your 2.5 gallons of beer after fermenting.
You can request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase. We cannot offer refunds once fulfillment has begun. However, you can choose a brew date up to one year out, and that date can be rescheduled if necessary at no charge to you.
If you’re looking for a challenge, sign up for our Master the Brew recipe subscription club! You can sign up based on your skill level, and gain access to advanced quarterly brewing meetups.
Any product that contains alcohol will require an adult signature, and we cannot ship those products to a handful of states (Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Vermont, West Virginia) or internationally.

You can cancel your order prior to shipment by reaching out to our Customer Success Department at email@example.com or by calling us (855)461-2337. Please be aware that once your box has shipped your order cannot be cancelled. Once shipped, the sale is final and cannot be refunded.
