We apologize but unfortunately once an order has shipped it cannot be re-routed.

Any product that contains alcohol will require an adult signature.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with shipping details. Anyone 21 or older can sign for the package.

Unfortunately, there are a few states due to local laws where we cannot ship alcohol? Those states are Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Vermont, West Virginia

Laws in some states, and internationally, unfortunately prohibit the shipment of alcohol and we comply with those laws.

You can cancel your order prior to shipment by reaching out to our Customer Success Department at store@brewvana.com or by calling us (855)461-2337. Please be aware that once your box has shipped your order cannot be cancelled.

Our carriers will make 3 attempts to deliver the package. If they are unsuccessful the package will be returned to us. We can then have it reshipped at an additional shipping cost.

You do not need to sign for recipe club deliveries.

No, shipping is included in your subscription cost.

You will receive an email notification letting you know what day your package is scheduled to arrive.
